Whether you are in the process of divorce, or you have received the final divorce decree-you've made one of the most difficult decisions of your life and you are not alone. There are numerous negative effects of divorce that include: emotional distress, guilt and shame, and bouts of anger and resentment. It's imperative that we take time to step away and nurture ourselves through the transition.

Using nature as our backdrop, we will spend a restorative weekend in a lovely lake house with an intimate group of divorced women.

During our time together, you'll enjoy quiet moments of reflection while participating in candid conversations and therapeutic exercises to assist you with reconnecting to yourself.

While you are with us, you will be ReFreshed and equipped with the tools and confidence you need to embrace your new path moving forward.
